近年来，节能保温材料在建筑领域里的作为已经成为建材业关注的热点，一般保温材料包括矿棉、岩棉、玻璃棉、膨胀聚苯乙烯（EPS）、聚苯乙烯泡沫（XPS）、聚氨酯泡沫（PUR）、石炭酸泡沫（PF）、泡沫玻璃（CG）、木丝（WW）、发泡珍珠岩（EPB）等产品

1. 保温材料CE认证强制时间
2006年3月1日起，所有在欧盟市场销售的保温材料都必须经过CE认证，其产品加贴CE标识，才能在市场范围内销售。

2.保温材料CE认证产品认证指令及体系

保温材料CE认证根据欧盟建筑产品指令CPD: 89/106/EEC，采用体系1或体系3产品认证体系。欧盟为了更加严格的规范建筑产品CE认证，自2013年7月1日起，欧盟颁布的建筑产品法规Construction Product Regulation No.305/2011/EU-CPR(简称CPR法规）将全面取代原来的建筑产品CE认证指令(Construction product directive 89/106/EEC-CPD(简称CPD指令)，进入强制实施阶段。

针对矿棉产品的CE认证，一般来说，厂家需要声明防火阻燃等级（A1级），那么需要选择有矿棉产品认证资质的欧盟公告机构应用体系1来执行认证，并必须对热导性进行控制。

3.保温材料CE认证进行如下初步测试评估：
